I have a number of rooms available to rent in Kempston, Bedford and Ampthill in various houses.

Normally they will share a kitchen, bathroom and living room and these will be between £70 and £80 per week all inclusive of bills. (Occasionally an outhouse box room for £55/week) The rooms and houses are all above average for this price range and all tenants are either working full time or, occasionally, mature students.

Occasionally a room comes available with its own bathroom and I have a few small self contained studios/flats. These start at £350/mth up to £500/mth, again inclusive of all bills and again they are all in good condition and these are normally occupied by full time working people. I do not generally rent a whole house to a person.

Normally I would not accept people on housing benefit.

Due to the number of units I have there is normally something available somewhere in the area.

Even if it is not the perfect unit for you and you are in a hurry some people will take a currently available unit and wait for the right one to come available later.

I am quite flexible and very fair landlord. A half of my tenants come from recommendation.
